Mara Jade, ready to depart in her fighter

I recently received a comment on my Princess Leia pilot figure [link] from asking whether I had ever thought of putting together a Mara Jade in an A-Wing flightsuit. While I couldn't remember a canon appearance of the character flying an A-Wing, the more that I thought about it, the more that I liked the idea, being that a) her red hair would look good offset against a green jumpsuit and 2) Mara was known to be a skilled pilot who likely would have had the opportunity to fly a number of craft in the New Republic fleet.

This figure utilises my own cast of SlayerDesignStudio FemaleHead #0007 (which in turn is a cast of Comic Pack Mara Jade), Comic Pack Plourr Ilo (modified, for the entire body, sans head), Clone Wars Anakin Skywalker (for the lightsaber hilt) and some modelling clay.

The head is my first real attempt at casting my own pieces in plastic, and while there are a few air bubbles in the end result if you know where to look, I think that it came out reasonably well.
